Please read these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) carefully. By accessing or using this website, creating an account, downloading a free resource or purchasing a course, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

2. Purpose and scope of the website
sus.trades provides trading education: free downloadable resources (such as trading journals, strategy guides, templates and checklists) and paid online courses. These Terms apply to all visitors, account holders and customers, and to all content, features and services offered on sustrades.in.
3. Eligibility and lawful use
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding contract under applicable Indian law to create an account or make a purchase. You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws.
4. Account registration and account security
- A free account is required to purchase and access paid courses. Free resources do not require an account.
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
- Notify us promptly at sustrades.fx@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
- Accounts are personal and may not be shared, sold or transferred.
5. Accurate customer information
You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information (including your name and email address) and to keep it updated. We may contact you at the email address on your account about your orders, access and support requests.
6. Free PDF resources and permitted use
Free resources are provided at no cost, without any requirement to purchase a course. Unless a resource states otherwise, you may download, print and use it for your own personal, non-commercial learning. You may not sell, re-publish, re-brand or distribute free resources as your own, or charge others for access to them.
7. Paid courses, digital products and access conditions
- Paid courses are digital products delivered online through your account in the learning area of this website.
- Each course page describes its content, level, price and any specific access terms. Those course-specific terms form part of these Terms.
- Access is granted to the individual account that purchased the course. Unless the course page states a different access period, access continues for as long as the course is offered on the website, subject to these Terms.
- We may update, correct, reorganise or improve course content over time. If a course you purchased is withdrawn from sale, we will make reasonable efforts to preserve your access or offer an appropriate remedy.
8. Pricing, currency, applicable taxes and checkout
- All prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR). The amount shown at checkout is the total amount payable for that order.
- Taxes are charged only where they apply under law. Where tax registration details apply to the business, they will be shown on the website or on order documents.
- Prices are confirmed by our server at the time the order is created; the price shown at checkout is the price you pay.
- We may change prices for future purchases. Price changes do not affect orders already paid.
- If an obvious pricing error occurs, we will contact you before fulfilment or refund any amount paid for the affected order.
9. Payment processing through Razorpay and payment confirmation
Payments are processed by Razorpay, a third-party payment gateway. Payment methods may include UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking and wallets, as made available by Razorpay. We do not receive or store your full card details, UPI PIN or banking passwords. Your use of the payment gateway is also subject to Razorpay’s own terms and privacy policy.
An order is treated as paid only after the payment has been verified on our server and confirmed as successful by Razorpay. Reaching a “success” screen alone does not confirm payment.
10. Digital delivery and course access
Once a payment is confirmed, course access is added automatically to your account, usually within a few minutes. If access does not appear, open the order page in your account (which re-checks the payment status) or contact us with your order number. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy for what happens if payment succeeds but access is not delivered.
11. Intellectual property and copyright
The original PDFs, journals, guides, templates, videos, course materials, text, graphics, the sus.trades name, wordmark and branding are owned by or licensed to their respective rights holders and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Purchasing or downloading content gives you only the limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence or access rights expressly granted in these Terms or the applicable product terms. No ownership rights are transferred to you.
We respect the intellectual property of others. If you believe content on this website infringes your rights, please contact us with details so we can review it.
12. Restrictions on sharing, reselling, reproducing or redistributing paid content
Unless we give you written permission, you must not:
- share your account or login with others, or allow others to view paid content through your account;
- download, record, screen-capture, copy, reproduce, publicly post or redistribute paid course videos or materials;
- resell, sublicense, rent or commercially exploit any content; or
- use content to create a competing course or product.
13. Prohibited activities and attempts to bypass access controls
You must not:
- attempt to access paid content, other users’ data or administrative areas without authorisation;
- circumvent, disable or interfere with security features, access controls or signed links;
- use bots, scrapers or automated means to extract content;
- introduce malware, attempt denial-of-service, or probe the website for vulnerabilities without permission;
- make fraudulent payments, initiate abusive chargebacks, or impersonate any person; or
- use the website in violation of any applicable law.
14. Trading and financial-risk disclaimer
Trading in securities, derivatives, currencies, commodities or crypto-assets involves substantial risk and may result in the partial or total loss of capital. Leverage and derivatives can magnify losses. Please read our full Risk Disclaimer, which forms part of these Terms.
15. Educational-only positioning
All content is provided for educational and informational purposes only. It is not personalised investment advice, a research report, a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any security or instrument, or an offer of any financial service. sus.trades does not claim any regulatory registration or authorisation unless such registration is expressly stated on this website with verifiable details. You are solely responsible for your own trading and investment decisions.
16. No guarantee of profits or investment results
We do not guarantee any profit, return, income, accuracy rate or trading outcome. Examples, charts, back-tests and case studies are illustrative only and may not reflect actual trading results. Past performance does not guarantee future results.
17. Third-party services and external links
The website relies on third-party services (including Razorpay for payments, Supabase for authentication, database and file storage, and Vercel for hosting) and may contain links to external websites (for example WhatsApp). We are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of third-party websites or services, which are governed by their own terms.
18. Privacy and data handling
Our collection and use of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
19. Refunds and cancellations
Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
20. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access to an account, after giving notice where reasonably practicable, if we have reasonable grounds to believe that the account has been used in material breach of these Terms (for example, account sharing, redistribution of paid content, fraud, or attempts to bypass access controls), or where required by law. Where access is suspended or terminated, your statutory rights and any rights to a refund under the Refund Policy or applicable law are not affected. You may close your account at any time by contacting us.
21. Service availability and maintenance
We aim to keep the website available, but it may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, technical issues or events outside our reasonable control. We will make reasonable efforts to restore access promptly and, where practicable, to give notice of planned maintenance.
22. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law: (a) we are not liable for any trading or investment losses, or for decisions you make based on educational content; (b) we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses; and (c) our total liability to you in connection with a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant product. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for fraud, or for deficiency in service or unfair trade practices to the extent such liability cannot be limited.
23. Indemnity
To the extent legally permissible, you agree to indemnify us against reasonable losses and costs arising from your breach of these Terms, your unlawful use of the website, or your infringement of the rights of any third party, including unauthorised redistribution of our content.
24. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts and consumer commissions in India. Nothing in this clause limits your right to approach any consumer commission or forum that has jurisdiction under applicable consumer protection law.
25. Consumer rights and mandatory statutory protections
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any right or remedy you have under applicable Indian law, including consumer protection law, that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified. If any part of these Terms conflicts with such a right, that right prevails.
26. Grievance and customer-support procedure
For any support request, complaint or grievance, including payment problems, missing course access, broken downloads, refunds, account access or privacy requests:
- contact us by email or WhatsApp using the details below, or use the form on the Contact page;
- include your order number (if any) and a clear description of the issue — never share your card number, UPI PIN, OTP or passwords;
- we will acknowledge and review your request and respond by email; and
- if you are not satisfied with our response, you may pursue the remedies available to you under applicable law.
27. Changes to these Terms and effective date
We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page shows when they were last updated. Material changes will be posted on this page. Changes do not apply retroactively to orders already paid, except where required by law.
28. Severability and enforceability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later.
